Reconstruction of an old neo-renaissance Austrian villa, which was built around 1900. The villa was in a terrible state and was in danger of extinction. Then the architect's decision on "reconstruction with absorption" was made. The concept was to preserve the 2 most valuable facades of the villa and the patio in front of it. After the reconstruction, an interesting volume was formed in the form of an ivan, which in itself is not usual for the architecture of Lviv. Extraordinary architecture and bright yellow color of the facade of the old villa, make this house unique and attractive. In my opinion, the architects managed to shift the emphasis and breathe new life into the old building.
